Hora Chair Jewish Bar Mitzvah Half Moon Bay, Peninsula, Bay Area, Ca

The event is at Ted Adcock Community Center in Half Moon Bay, CA. on Saturday August 8th. You can go set up as early as you need to in order to start playing music at 6. There is one corner of the room that they recommend you set up – Michelle will point this out to you.

Please have the 6 uplights be blue (royal blue if you have it)

Guests will arrive at 6 and onward.

Please play music for the first 1/2 hour.

When most people are there please play Going down for real – Flo Rida
At 6:30 please announce Noah and congratulate him on becoming Bar Mitzvah and play Shalom Aleichem/ Simin Tov Mazel Tov and then Hava Nagillah

Then we will have you announce which tables should go get up and eat so it’s done in an orderly way.

Noah’s table should go first, then you can go in order 1, 2, 3, 4 and then the rest of the kids. – Michelle, please tell Chris how to do this if what I said doesn’t make sense.

We will do the short Havdallah service when it gets dark.
